Santiago Lizardo is an Argentinian entrepreneur who migrated to Barcelona (Spain) in 2004 and since then is working and living there.
From very young he has been creating innovative and open projects for the open source community and his companies and clients.
He worked for large well established companies such as IBM; consultancy firms like BearingPoint; the startup Abiquo or Cubika among others. He ran his own (with others) company NobaInfo, a local company offering expert services to traditional and proximity businesses. Now he is working as a lead software developer at Softonic, a mature Internet company with an startup essence. As entrepreneur, he started many different projects; none of them have become a succesful story yet.
His area of expertise covers from software architecture of desktop and Web products to project management.
You can frequently see Santiago in networking events (First Tuesday, Iniciador, iWeekend, ...), where he blends his passion for the technology and the need to meet partners and clients, transfer his knowledge or learn from other succesful entrepreneurs.
